Shipping
We ship USPS Best Way with delivery conformation, based on the weight of the items in your order. This insures a small special order reaches you at the most economical cost and a large heavy order also travels the most economical way. (Usually this means we ship first class or priority mail)
Other methods of shipping are not feasible due to our distance from them. Because of our ½ mile rugged drive these services will not pick up from us most of the year.
We try to keep a good stock on all items so we can ship your order when we receive it. Sometime we do get a little behind and an order will take a bit longer. If this is the case we will notify you.
Our Return Policy
We hope that you will be pleased with our products. If however you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately by email or phone. We will do our best to correct your problem.
If you are still not satisfied you may return any item for refund less shipping within 10 days of receipt of your order, but only after contacting us.
Items must be returned undamaged with the original packaging.
Shipping charges cannot be refunded unless merchandise was damaged or incorrect item was sent.
